And when we book your flights, if there are any changes to your vacation schedule, we make the air changes for you. As a completely independent company, we have no ties to any one airline. We negotiate the lowest possible airfares with the world's finest carriers on your behalf.
Low Air-Inclusive Prices & Airport Transfers
Air inclusive tour package
When you book your Japan Deluxe Tours air-inclusive tour package, the transfer to and from the airport to your start and end hotel is included (on published departure and return dates). This can be a substantial savings and give you peace of mind.
Land-only tour package
We also accept your reservation on a Land-only Basis. Land-only tour package clients who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop flights into terminals on published tour start and end date may by qualify for complimentary airport transfer on your arrival and departure date as long as you have not changed your hotel or extended your stay. Otherwise you can purchase our airport transfer service.
Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by Japan Deluxe Tours. Look for confirmation of your transfer in the travel documents.
Applicable Taxes and Fees (Airfare & Charges Not Included in the Price)
Any changes and/or revisions to airline flights may affect your air-inclusive price. Various domestic taxes and fees are not included in the vacation. These taxes and fees will be added to your air-inclusive invoice as a single per person charge. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice and will be quoted at time of booking.
Air-Inclusive Tour includes
Air-inclusive prices provided online include a September 11th fee, passenger facility charges, airline fuel surcharges, Federal domestic flight segment fees and U.S. and International arrival and departure and other government-imposed fees. The total airfare price, the base airfare price, and the applicable government taxes and fees are broken-out line-by-line and shown while booking online and on the invoice after your travel is booked.
Not Included In Your Tour Price (Air-Inclusive Tour Package, Land-Only Tour Package)
Personal expenses such as laundry; telephone; mini-bar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted Japan Deluxe Tours menu as presented at a hotel or restaurant (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship, or restaurant); airport transfers on non-qualifying flights; optional excursions. Travel Protection; baggage fees; and all other items of a personal nature.

Taxes and fees such as fuel surcharges are included unless otherwise noted.
How We Select Your Flights
Since seats for our low-cost airfares fill quickly, we urge you to book early. Air-inclusive reservations cannot be made later than 7 days prior to departure. Additional rules may apply. Although we will try, Japan Deluxe Tours cannot always be honor carrier or flight preferences.
Air tickets will be received two to three weeks prior to your departure. For any late bookings, tickets are sent overnight after final payment is received. It is advised to contact your air carrier for special service requests, such as seat assignments and special meals, or, if applicable, to advise your frequent flyer number. Please retain your ticket copy in the event you need it later for proof of your flight; we are unable to supply ticket copies after your return.
Please be advised that electronic tickets will be issued for the majority of air itineraries. If you would like to request a paper ticket, a USD 50 charge per ticket will be assessed at the time of booking.
